Online Training Series:
Caring from a Distance

The NaBITA content team has been hard at work creating innovative content to help those in the field who are being asked to shift their work into an online and distance-oriented approach. We have created six online trainings to help manage crises over the phone or computer, conduct threat assessments from a distance, manage staff at home, adjust to the stress and anxiety of the pandemic, create innovative and engaging online classes and trainings, and offer case management interventions from afar.

The first program, A Guide for Supervisors Working with Staff from Home, is available free of charge. You can access it by clicking here.

Each additional program is priced at $349. Each training comes with a detailed companion guide to assist participants to better put the ideas discussed in the training into immediate practice. Each program comes with a video presentation (60-90 minutes) by 2-3 instructors discussing the topic. The entire set of trainings can be purchased for $1,299 (a savings of $450 dollars).

As a fun “Easter Egg,” given this time of the year, each video mentions an object the presenter finds helpful and calming during the pandemic. List all six objects in an email to brian.vanbrunt@tngconsulting.org and you will be sent a fun prize!*
