FREE! Talking BITs: Using NABITA Risk Rubric – Case Study Application

Since NABITA’s inception, the creation and use of an objective risk assessment has been a crucial component of the BIT process. To objectively assess risk, teams must apply a standardized tool to every case – regardless of how serious or how trivial the case may seem. The NaBITA Risk Rubric is designed to be the initial assessment applied to every case.

In this Talking BITs, the presenters will provide a brief overview of the NABITA Risk Rubric and engage participants in a case study application of the tool.
