Planning for a return to work or classes during a pandemic is new and uncertain territory for students, faculty, and staff alike. Everyone is doing their best to adapt during these extraordinary times but unanswered questions and stressors remain. As schools across the nation move toward returning to campus, challenges and opportunities will continue to unfold that will require compassion, a growth mindset, and commitment to creating space for both shared and different perspectives on complex concerns. This webinar will offer participants tangible ideas on how to manage the stress and anxiety of this transition personally and professionally. Participants will be offered suggestions on how to support their staff and continue to provide the best possible support to students, while also creating opportunities to cope with the challenges of the pandemic workplace. Following the presentation, the presenters will dedicate time for an open-format question and answer session.
