Student Affairs External Program Review

TNG offers External Reviews that assess the effectiveness of your programs and services. Our reviews evaluate program impact, staffing, policy compliance, financial stability, and resource allocation. Each review is personalized to meet the unique needs and interests of your institution and typically includes an off-site review, an on-site visit, and a detailed report with findings and recommendations. 

During the off-site review, TNG’s experts consider self-study reports from various departments. Our study also assesses the staffing structure, staff development initiatives, financial resources, and how the division aligns with your institution’s mission and vision. Additionally, TNG meticulously examines departmental assessment outcomes, such as student satisfaction surveys, graduation and retention rates, and program learning outcomes. Our review also evaluates activities and services that promote student engagement, a sense of belonging, and overall well-being, ensuring that all efforts are intentional and purposeful. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Institutions will gain feedback on the effectiveness of their programs/services and learn strategies to increase effectiveness
  • The institution will receive a summary report of observations from stakeholders and how to improve programs
