Providing Professionals with Support to Make Their Environments Safer with ConcernCenter

ConcernCenter Platforms: Connecting Concerns with Solutions

ConcernCenter is an online resource hub—fully customized to reflect the branding of a school or organization’s community—where students, families, and community members can simply type in a concern (e.g., a student being bullied, a child having trouble making friends, or someone experiencing thoughts of suicide) and receive relevant resource results within the school or the local community. The platform is designed with the end-user in mind. Its clean and easy-to-navigate interface allows users to communicate their concerns and receive appropriate support options.

All ConcernCenter sites are ADA compliant, available in over 100 languages, can be linked to anti-bullying or other student report forms, and include monthly data analytics to support school climate awareness. Following a four-step implementation process, ConcernCenter’s Product Support Specialists manage ongoing site maintenance, ensuring that links and contact information remain accurate and accessible. ConcernCenter functions as a partner in resource wayfinding, removing the guesswork from knowing where to turn when a student is struggling.

Available ConcernCenter Platform Options

ConcernCenter, Inc. offers three package options to meet the needs of various client types:

ConcernCenter Basic

ConcernCenter Basic includes the Core version of the ConcernCenter platform. This version is fully customizable, available in over 100 languages, ADA compliant, and includes monthly data analytics. This package is ideal for individual schools or organizations with a unified set of concerns and resources. A “Lite” version is also available, which includes only virtual, universally accessible resources—ideal for organizations seeking to provide 24/7 support alternatives.

ConcernCenter Pro

ConcernCenter Pro provides access to any of three platform types: Core, Multi, or ZIP code. Each type offers a distinct user experience tailored to different school or district structures. The Multi platform, for example, allows resources to be associated with specific sites so users receive relevant options based on their location. The ZIP code platform enables searches for support within a 5-, 15-, or 50-mile radius. This package also includes access to a Virtual Resource Bank (containing 250 pre-vetted virtual support options) and a Resource Update Form for easy platform maintenance.

ConcernCenter Enterprise

ConcernCenter Enterprise includes all features of the Pro package, with additional access to up to 100 local resource listings (those already available within a school or organization’s community). This package also offers the ability to activate a Crisis Response Module—providing real-time access to support and updates during emergency or crisis scenarios. This module is pre-loaded with essential resources to ensure timely deployment and response.
