BIT Orientation Video Series: Full Access to All 10 Topics

Team training and member transitions are often some of the most challenging elements of maintaining an effective behavioral intervention team. To assist teams in onboarding new members, or in enhancing the understanding of the role for existing members, TNG and NABITA now offer the BIT Orientation Video Series. The video series contains 10 videos, with each video providing insight into a different role on the BIT. 

Led by experts in the field, each video walks team members through their unique role on the BIT, the perspective they bring to the team, and their expectations for meeting participation and follow-up.  These videos can be used to orient new team members to their role on the team, or as team training opportunities for teams with established membership. Additionally, a supplemental written accompaniment summarizing key takeaways is provided for each video.
