Jackie attended the University of Virginia School of Law on the law school’s premier merit scholarship, the Hardy Cross Dillard Scholarship and was a member of the Viriginia Law Review. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the Donaghey Scholars honors program at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. Jackie is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Illinois, and Idaho.
