Kiki joined LBNL in November 2024. Kiki previously worked for the San Francisco Unified School District for 9 years. Most recently, she was the Executive Director for the Office of Equity & Employee Relations at SFUSD. In this district of 10,000 employees and 50,000 students, she and her team of investigators were responsible for managing all formal complaints. Prior to SFUSD, she served as a Staff Attorney for Equal Rights Advocates where she spearheaded state-level legislative advocacy and led the organization’s Education Equity (Title IX) Campaign, representing clients in all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation phases for Title IX matters. She began her legal career as a civil litigation attorney in private law firms.Kiki has a BA in Sociology and an MA in Education from UC Berkeley. Kiki graduated in 2008 from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
