Sally Roller, Esq.

Sally Roller is an external investigator at Investigations Law Group, LLC in Denver, Colorado.  Sally serves as the Title IX and Education Investigations Lead.

Sally started her career as a pro bono law clerk for the Honorable Christine M. Arguello in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Then, she worked in private practice where she represented licensed health care professionals in litigation and administrative matters involving licensing and privileges.

Sally spent over five years in the public sector at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, where she was an Assistant Attorney General in the K-12 Education Unit.  Sally had an opportunity to provide legal advice on a variety of matters impacting the State Board of Education, Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Charter School Institute, and the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind.  Sally also acted as lead counsel for the State Board of Education in educator licensing matters.  Sally’s efforts in the courtroom now require Colorado licensed teachers to report incidents of child abuse and neglect irrespective of the circumstances in which the teacher learns of or suspects child abuse and neglect.

Sally graduated cum laude from Boston College with a double major in secondary education and history as well as a minor in special education. She received her Master of Education in Moderate Special Needs Grades 5-12 from Boston College. Sally then graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

Sally is an active member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, where she has served on the Board of Directors for five years. In her free time, she enjoys collecting U.S. National Park stamps, running half marathons, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
