Victoria Farris, Ph.D.

Dr. Victoria Farris is a transformational leadership coach and facilitator on a mission to help facilitate a more inclusive and humane World. With over 10 years of experience facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and conducting research, Victoria specializes in transformational leadership, DEI, and organizational trust-building. She helps teams and leaders foster inclusivity, deepen effectiveness, and align leadership values and actions. Her THRIVE framework provides leaders with actionable strategies to drive innovation and meaningful change. Additionally, Dr. Farris’ research focuses on understanding how to effectively disrupt workplace oppression, and she has developed an action-based framework for effective allyship. 

Victoria is also an activist, hypnotherapist, mom and bonus mom, partner, and devoted practitioner to mindfulness. After serving higher education for over a dozen years, including working with student conduct and behavior intervention teams for many of those years, Victoria launched her consulting business in 2017. Currently she serves leaders, organizations, and individuals in creating more inclusive, engaged, and human-centered teams. Victoria has a Bachelor’s degree from Marist college, a Masters in higher education and student affairs from the University of Connecticut, and a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania where she earned double distinction for her dissertation research on disrupting racism.
