Nicoli Richardson serves as the Systemwide Title IX Director at the University of California System. Before joining the UC system, Richardson served as the Assistant Vice President and Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Healthcare at the University of Southern California’s Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX, now called the Office of Civil Rights Compliance. Richardson earned a B.A. in English with a minor in Spanish from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She serves on the ATIXA Advisory Board.
