Michael Challis is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Warwick currently studying reporting behavior and institutional barriers to sexual-assault reporting. His work uses observational data and game-theoretic models to pinpoint how procedural steps and administrative frictions cause attrition and shape complainant choices. Drawing on experimental evidence, he evaluates design levers that can increase reporting.
