Allison Wisniewski, M.S.

Allison Wisniewski, M.S., serves as the Deputy Director and Title IX & Equity Investigator at Saint Joseph’s University. With over three decades of higher education leadership across academic and student affairs, her career spans diverse institutional landscapes, including public and private universities ranging from R1/R2 research-intensive and land-grant campuses to D1 and D3 athletic programs. Previously serving as Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator, she is a skilled investigator certified by the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and SCI in Title IX, with specialized certifications in Advanced ADA/Section 504, Athletics Compliance, Advanced Interviewing Techniques, and Supporting Pregnancy, Parenting, and Related Conditions. Allison is also a certified Google AI professional.

A practitioner in policy creation, restorative justice, and complex investigations, she previously administered campus climate surveys recognized by the White House Task Force to Protect Students from Sexual Assault. This research was instrumental in securing a six-year, federally funded Victims of Crime Act grant to build holistic support systems for students across undergraduate, graduate, medical, and law programs.
