Providing students with the best holistic wellness support requires a comprehensive evaluation of an institution’s various support services, including non-clinical case management, counseling, the behavioral intervention team (BIT), and how they work together.
TNG’s Wraparound Wellness Services Assessment will review each service area individually and collectively to offer recommendations for staffing, training gaps, communication and collaboration, data sharing and management, crisis response, and community outreach. This assessment will use various methods, such as staff interviews and student surveys.
Our consultants will prepare a report of findings and recommendations for your wellness support staff and other relevant stakeholders to implement the recommended changes to enhance student well-being and overall community safety.
Learning Outcomes:
- Use a combination of data to inform decisions related to staffing, service delivery, crisis response, community outreach, and information sharing for various student support services.
- Clearly define the scope of each area and how they can better communicate and collaborate, within the limitations of their respective privacy/confidentiality laws, to support students both one-on-one and as a community.
- Illustrate that all policies, procedures, and protocols are in line with best practices and are written to support the work of the specific service area as well as the collaborative work of the BIT.
- Formulate a plan for ongoing evaluation of services provided and outreach to the broader community.
- Formulate a plan to implement the findings and recommendations made by TNG.
