Ashling A. Ehrhardt, J.D. is a partner and Chair of the Title IX Group at Cohen Seglias, where she advises colleges and universities nationwide on Title IX policies, procedures, investigations, hearings, training, and prevention. Her experience spans the full Title IX process, serving as investigator, advisor, decision-maker, training provider, and policy reviewer, giving her a practical perspective on how emerging technologies such as AI can affect Title IX administration at each stage.
Ashling is certified by the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) as both an investigator and hearing officer and is an approved investigator for United Educators. She trains university employees and Boards of Trustees on policies and resources for preventing and responding to sex discrimination and has worked with a broad range of institutions, from small liberal arts colleges to large public universities. Her experience serving as advisors to both students and faculty provides insight into Title IX processes from both the institutional and individual perspectives.
