Audrey Swenson (she/hers) is the Associate Director for the Office of Civil Rights Compliance at Colorado State University, bringing over a decade of service to the CSU campus community. A champion for equity, Audrey’s career includes five years in K-12 education shaping early Title IX implementation. She specializes in moving beyond standard federal and state compliance to provide holistic support and dismantle barriers to access. Audrey earned her Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from CSU and her Bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
