Hanna Wurgaft is a partner at Brann & Isaacson. As a trained Title IX investigator, Hanna is frequently called upon to conduct Title IX investigations and to advise schools on related compliance matters. She has extensive experience conducting independent investigations for public and private organizations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. In addition to her investigations work, Hanna regularly defends organizations in state and federal court. Hanna served as Chair of the Maine Council of School Board Attorneys and has earned national recognition in The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2027 in the areas of education and litigation. Hanna earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and her B.A. from Bowdoin College.
