Jairad Hydrick (he/him) serves as the Associate Director of Student Conduct at Western Carolina University, investigating and resolving allegations of serious misconduct that may result in suspension or expulsion, as well as allegations of student organization misconduct. He brings experience across student affairs, spanning student involvement, student organizations, housing and residence life, student conduct, and non-clinical case management at both public and private institutions. He has served as a non-clinical case manager, led non-clinical case management programs, and served on behavioral intervention and threat assessment teams at multiple universities. An active member of NABITA, Jairad serves on the Advisory Board and has presented sessions and facilitated roundtables at several annual conferences and case management summits.
