Kumar serves as a Senior Student Conduct Officer at WGU and is an active partner in the university’s Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), where he provides expertise related to student conduct, risk assessment, policy interpretation, behavioral intervention, and case management. Possessing both the ASCA Gehring Foundations and ATIXA Title IX Investigator Certification he balances an approach to ensure appropriate conduct processes are followed while maintaining a student-centered approach.
