Tammy Moscato is a Student Support Coordinator II at the University of South Florida, where she focuses on case management and student wellbeing through the Student Outreach and Support office. With roots in K–12 student support and academic training that includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in College Student Affairs, Tammy brings a compassionate, whole‑student perspective to her work.
She developed the PEARLS Module and launched the Dine with the Dean program—initiatives designed to strengthen connection, foster belonging, and make it easier for students to access the care they need. Her commitment to collaborative, student‑centered support has been recognized with the Outstanding Employee Award (2026) and the Quiet Quality Award (2025).
As a member of USF’s Suicide Prevention Committee, Tammy works closely with campus partners to build proactive, relationship‑driven systems of care. She believes deeply in the power of community, conversation, and shared responsibility in supporting student wellbeing. Tammy will begin her PhD program in August 2026, continuing her dedication to advancing collaborative approaches to student support.
